| At Lil' Chef and at Hi 5 Fitness, we have always concentrated on educating young adults and children to lead happy, healthy lives. Many parents have requested that we help them also learn the right ways to help their children at home. Afterall, good health starts with good parents. We have designed this four part series for a parent and child to come to class together as we explore four different topics on helping you and your child on a path to lifelong health. This series will comprise of the following topics: "What's In Your Lunchbox?" (A healthy approach to cooking) "Eating A Rainbow of Colors" (Nutrition for kids) "You've Got Manners" (Good Manners for Kids by The Emily Post Institute) "Flying High with Hi 5 Fitness" (Fitness for your family) The upcoming schedule and registration for our next upcoming series of classes are below. We hope that you'll join us on path to lifelong health. |

| Who will lead these classes? Our founder, Susan Caldwell, will lead this four part series. Susan is a Certified Personal Trainer and a mother of two young children, one of whom has autism. We have a special place in our hearts at Lil' Chef for special needs children. Susan was featured in People Magazine's 2008 "Half Their Size" issue after she lost 150 pounds the "old fashioned way." It changed her life so much she became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2008 to help others live an amazing life too. Now Susan helps inspire many young chefs at Lil' Chef and Hi 5 Fitness to make smart and healthy food choices at home by eating a "rainbow of colors." Stop by and say hello to Susan and her staff soon! |
